SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed and an additional 2-5 days for your order to be shipped to you.

When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. If your order has been marked as "delivered" and you have not received your package, please reach out to the courier directly. For USPS you can file a claim at here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.

If your order has been returned because the provided address is incorrect, you will be charged a reshipping fee.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the handmade nature of our products we do not except returns.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us via hello@charmedhandmade.com within 7 days and we will gladly ship a replacement item to you. Please include a photo/video if possible.

If Charmed Handmade is the cause of an issue occurring with your order, we will work with you to find a solution!
